Designed to seamlessly integrate with Apple HealthKit on iPhone devices, Step Into Health app ensures minimal battery impact while efficiently tracking your physical activity throughout the day. An innovative feature includes periodic alerts every 100 meters walked, enabling users to focus on their walk whilst staying informed of their progress without constant monitoring.
Available exclusively for Step Into Health program participants, this app is offered completely free of charge.
